Eligibility for RefundsRefunds may be issued only in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service.
Service Not Delivered:
If we fail to begin or deliver a service within the agreed timeframe and no substantial work has been completed.
Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel a project or service before any work has begun and before any resources have been allocated.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Services already delivered or partially completed
Custom content creation (e.g., graphics, ad copy, branding assets)
Monthly or retainer-based services after the start of the billing cycle
Consultation fees after the session has been completed
Delays caused by lack of client communication or feedback

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Chargebacks:
We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and legal action for recovery of funds and associated fees.
